Can my earrings get wet?

Short answer is yes. Polymer clay is water-resistant and durable; however we don't recommend continuously getting your jewelry wet. Exposing your polymer clay jewelry to too much water will expedite the aging process. Gold-plated components will also tarnish over time is not taken care of properly. So in summary, your clay jewelry will not fall apart if it gets wet, but keeping it protected from the extremes like water and high heat will extend the life of it!
