This collection is made to emulate the iridescent gemstone Labradorite.
Choose from two finishes: sharp lines for a more literal imitation or jagged lines for a more abstract representation of the stone.
Labradorite is considered to be a highly intuitive and mystical gemstone. It’s known for its brilliant flashes of color called labradoressence caused by lamellar twinning inside the crystal.
Description
Slow made in small batches, these earrings are handmade with a mix of polymer clay and mica. The beauty of handmade clay is that no piece is exactly the same. Slight variations will occur, making them truly unique!
- Chain is 18″ long
- Bezeled Labradorite is 1″ in diameter and hangs an 1.5″
- Falls approximately mid-chest.
- Handmade in Hunt Valley, MD.
Care instructions:
- Store in a clean, dry place
- Avoid over exposure of oils, creams, perfumes, etc.
- To clean, rub gently with a soft, wet piece of cloth
- Be sure to handle with care. Cured clay is very durable, but can break if too much pressure is applied.
